Invitation-Only Participation
The Warwick Children’s Book Festival features a curated group of children’s book authors and illustrators. Participation is by invitation only, and we are not accepting applications at this time.
Invitations are extended to both emerging and established creators whose books are published by well-established, traditional commercial publishers.
Due to space limitations, the Festival is unable to feature:
- Self-published titles
- Books published by vanity or subsidy presses
- Joint-venture presses
- Print-on-demand services
As space allows, we welcome returning authors and illustrators who have released new work since their previous participation.
Book Requirements
Participating authors and illustrators should have:
- A minimum of three recent titles (published in the past three years)
- Additional backlist titles that are still in print
Books & Sales
All book orders and sales are handled exclusively by the Festival’s bookseller, Best Book Fairs, LLC.
There is no fee to participate. The Festival does not provide travel reimbursement or honoraria.
